IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:

  • Service Provider delegates are eligible to attend all formal elements of the Meetings Place program, as detailed in the event program here.
  • During the B2B sessions, Service Providers will be positioned around the perimeter of the exhibition floor with their own display area (approximately 3m x 2m). This includes one standard trestle table, four chairs and space for signage. These inclusions can be upgraded at your own cost prior to the event through the recommended exhibition hire company. The location of your display area provides excellent visibility throughout the event, allowing delegates to visit your stand between appointments and providing additional opportunities to showcase your business, network and generate new connections.
  • Primary delegates may participate in one appointment stream only—either with tourism buyers or tourism sellers. If your organisation wishes to meet with both buyers and sellers, two primary delegate registrations are required, with each delegate selecting a different appointment stream.
  • Service Providers will be included in the buyer or seller preferencing process, enabling targeted delegates to request meetings through one-way preferencing. Once Meetings Diaries open, Service Providers will also be able to request meetings with their preferred delegates to arrange additional meetings.
  • The number and quality of meetings received through the stated process cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations will not be accepted if you are dissatisfied with your appointment schedule, including where you receive fewer meetings than anticipated or the meetings do not meet your expectations.
  • B2B meetings will be approximately 10 minutes in length, with a one-minute changeover between meetings.
  • Primary Service Provider delegates will be eligible to participate in all three B2B appointment sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday morning) and may receive up to 20 meetings per session (up to 60 meetings in total).
  • Additional delegates may accompany the primary delegate during B2B meetings; however, they will not receive their own individual appointment schedule.
  • B2B appointment schedules are system generated and cannot be amended.
  • For more information about the 2026 B2B program, click here.
  • All non-buyer delegates are responsible for arranging and funding their own accommodation, flights and airport transfers. Click here to view industry accommodation rates offered by our accommodation partners.
  • As a guide, delegates should plan to arrive in Hobart on Sunday 25 October, with the event commencing on Monday 26 October, and depart on Thursday 29 October.
  • Delegates are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.

What did our MP25 attendees have to say?.

"I would describe MP25 as an incredibly valuable and well organised industry event that offered meaningful networking, insightful sessions, and genuine opportunities to build strong partnerships. It was productive, engaging, and a great platform for connecting with both new and existing buyers."
